• Nepali is the official language here, although English is the language of business and tourism. It’s most common to find English speakers in the capital city of Kathmandu.
• If you’re flying into Nepal, you’re likiest to arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (3-letter code: KTM). This is located some 5 kilometres outside of Kathmandu.
• Nepal’s cuisine is influenced by its neighbours of India, China and Tibet. So you can look forward to delicious curries, healthy soups, lean meats and other delicacies!
